Our primary activity is to work with land owners to help them increase the value of their land prior to sale, or in some cases to acquire the land so we can develop it ourselves or market it to our extensive list of developers.

We can work with you if you have already started a development project but need to call in additional resources or a fresh pair of eyes to get the project to completion, this is often a very stressful experience and we’ll do our best to work with you to introduce our network of seasoned development professionals to help out.
We can also move quickly to purchase your development projects, including derelict buildings, unwanted agricultural buildings or underperforming property assets. In some cases, we can even pay substantially more than the current market value on a ‘subject to planning’ basis.
